Terms Of Delivery and Payments
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check these prices in your shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include a 24% value-added tax, which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. These costs will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery costs for your order (if applicable) in your shopping cart before accepting the order.
ORDERING AND AGREEMENT
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the cart in the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is binding except as later mentioned about the right of withdrawal, forming an agreement between us based on these terms of delivery.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described on the online store website and selectable in the shopping cart.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
DELIVERY METHOD
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website that you select when placing your order.
DELIVERY TIME
The usual delivery times to the EU area are between 3-9 business days depending on the order and delivery method.
REFUND CONDITIONS
The products have a 60-day satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, within 60 days you can get a refund of the original purchase amount.
You can use the refund policy only once per product.
SHIPMENT CHECK, ERRORS, AND ISSUES
Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days at customer hello@aqualuxbrand.com, so we can arrange how to correct the error. In consumer trade, we adhere to the mandatory consumer protection law provisions regarding defects.
